An employer shall take reasonable steps that are necessary under the circumstances, to ensure that people at work receive prompt first aid treatment in case of injury or emergency.

Occupational Health & Safety Training (ohst) has put together an excellent programme for first aid training. Occupational Health & Safety Training (ohst) is approved for the SAQA unit standard by SETA and further accreditation with the Department of Labour (DOL).
